GCKI LLC is a family business led by Ahmad Gedi. Based in Kansas since 2016, we install commercial kitchens for restaurants and foodservice projects.

Built around the install
We put commercial kitchen equipment in the building and finish the work around it: hoods, walk-in coolers and freezers, stainless fabrication, tile, millwork, and remodel support. Restaurant owners, general contractors, franchise teams, and facility managers send a package — and get a bid they can actually use.

Floor plan, equipment schedule, or a marked-up sketch. Incomplete is fine if you say what is missing.
The room
Photos of existing conditions for remodels. Door swings, floors, and overhead clearance change the bid.
The date
Opening, remodel window, or a hard GC milestone. Schedule is part of the scope.
